After how long my order will it be shipped?
All orders placed before 10:00 (Monday to Friday) is treated the same day. That is to say, it is removed from storage, controlled, packaged, stamped and delivered to the carrier you have chosen (or Chronopost Colissimo) for products requiring no processing and are in stock.
Orders placed after 10 hours, are given priority on the following business day.

How to use a promotional code?

What happens if I am not home at the time of delivery?

If you chose a delivery Colissimo:

In your absence, a neighbor may eventually agree to take your package to you then recover, which will prevent you to go for it in a post office. If you choose express delivery Chronopost:

If you are not home when the delivery passage, a notice is left in your mailbox, indicating the day and time of passage and the post office where you can collect your parcel. You will need to bring this opinion as well as an ID (the same name) in order to pick up your package.

Can I return an item?

Pursuant to Article L.121-20-2 3 of the Consumer Code, only non-personalized items and requiring no processing can be returned at your expense and reimbursement (excluding delivery). You have 7 days time to return the item concerned from the time you received it. Just simply that it is new and in the original packaging. Remember, before you return an item, contact us by email. This allows you, among other benefit of a faster refund. No exchange or refund will be made if we have not been contacted by email before
